Jet's Pizza

Staff is rude and pretentious. Sauce is very acidic, and price is expensive. Small 4 piece deep dish specialty is 19.19... cheese was good, and it did have a nice crunch, but for the price Blue Pan Pizza is much better. This place thinks it's a boutique pizza joint, when it's a simple hole in the wall. Way over priced.

The food here is usually good, but this order was terrible. My order total was $97.75, and not worth it at all. The salad was gross and I had to throw most of it away. Wings were tiny and dried out. Pizza was dry. Very disappointing.

I love the BBQ chicken deep dish. The friendly courteous staff make it a lil less painful to pay $$ for yummy pizza 😉. Left overs heat perfect in the oven or Air Fryer!

I ordered a pizza at 5:50pm and received an email confirmation the pizza was scheduled to be delivered by 6:35pm. After that time passed, I called twice to check on my order and was told they were running late. At 7:40pm, still no pizza. Almost 2 hours later! Called back at 7:42pm and cancelled my order. Damien told me it would take 6-8 days to be refunded. I’ve been ordering from these folks for awhile now. Have not had any issues in the past other than mildly late deliveries. Their drivers are nice and they have great pizza. When I called, there was no empathy for the situation whatsoever and I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience to keep me as a customer. This Horrible communication and service has cost them a lifetime customer and revenue stream today. I will not be ordering from them again and will go with their competitors instead. if I don’t get refunded timely, I will add to this review.

AMAZING! I love this pizza! The Detroit style is so so good, it’s caramelized edges make it the perfect pizza. I absolutely hate undercooked or doughy pizza, which is a concern when you get thicker pizzas, but not here! The pizza and cheese bread were perfection. Highly recommend this place, it’s even better if you smoke while you wait for it to be delivered :)
